Fundamentally, both photomontages and verified views use a blend of photograph and CGI to create a visual. For photomontages, however, we make educated estimates over the size and positioning of a new development based on the surroundings that are shown in the photograph we work with.  Verified views on the other hand yield a more accurate visual as we work with surveyors to collect exact coordinates on site, so the CGI building we place on the photo is physically accurate in terms of scale and position.
